If I was Jerry Nadler I would present the charges the Southern Districk of New York suspended against Indiviral One as a foundation for a Bill of Impeachment. With Cohen and Allen Weisselberg testifying and the checks among other evidence presented, it would be hard for the Republicans to argue that he does not use bribery and extortion as tools in an election. Since this is the only venue in which these charges can be considered, at this time, this opportunity should not be allowed to pass.
