This game will blow up like mueller who was to run his game until after 18 to cost the house , now we see what the dems had planned all along. the evil of them is their end

Well, Mueller lent his name to the scam (really run by corruptocrat Andrew Weissmann)...
The 'contract' that he agreed to was quite possibly to 'run the clock' (while Weissmann padded it out with the inevitable process- and unrelated crimes), and he was to wash his hands of it all, after Weissmann finished the 'report'. When he was called to testify, he made it obviously known by his poor performance, that he wanted no further part of the caper (and/or possibly indicating that he was (surprisingly?) not much involved).... Talk of Mueller on the 'Media' suddenly dried up -- after 2 years of hoisting him on pedestals of integrity and competence.

Following the Constitutional procedure is lack of due process?

You assumed that they are following a impeachment procedure set by the Constitution, when the details of how is not detailed by the Constitution.

Right. The Constitution, being the framework that it is, leaves the rules up to the house as long as they comply with all articles and amendments.

Which they do.

Congratulations!... Woo-hoo, Schiff-Head of Inquiry, et al, found loopholes to engage in a Soviet, fascistic style of kangaroo court antics...
If Obama, or YOURSELF was subjected to the same such situation, you'd be (rightly) screaming up and down about lack of due process (but of course, others would then be saying no big deal, as you are now).
Please continue to pretend you care about the Constitution, and the intentions of it -- and not that it's just convenient to use occasionally, when it can serve a specific purpose. After all, don't you remember, that it's written by old white male slave owners?

If I was subjected to the same situation I'd pick and choose which parts of the Constitution work for me and label the rest "phony"... just like Trump. 😉

Obviously you didn't bother to read the link I gave you that outlines the basic of due process, then assumed to I cannot list the decencies despite the evidence showing basic decencies, and shifted the burden of proof to me to prove you wrong while ignoring the evidence that you are wrong.

Who has time to read half the links people post on this site? It should only take you a second to nail one violation of Due Process with the impeachment proceedings and the whole thing comes crashing down. Talk to your Congressman. I can't help you.

If they ignore due process, then they are not following the Constitution, so you have just assumed the your point is true in order to prove it true. That is Begging the Question.

Witnesses are being examined and cross-examined. The case for impeachment is being presented, the case against is being presented, and the two cases will be weighed up for a decision.

What more do you want?

Due process.

You can't just say "due process" like it means anything. What aspect of the proceeding isn't giving Trump a fair shot at acquitting himself if he just puts Twitter down and takes this seriously for a change?

Actually due process has a legal meaning and set standards, insulting Trump doesn't change that.

Right. Call your Congressman and explain to them how you'd like them to lay their argument down. That's your best bet.

So you cannot make an argument and are shifting the burden of evidence to prove your own opinion, again.

You're the one who can't pinpoint what aspect of due process is being violated. Call your Congressman. There's nothing anyone can say here that will settle this.

antithesis is no one to listen to or take seriously. He is okay with America turning communist. He wouldn’t know the constitution if it bit him in the face.

Due process: a judicial requirement that enacted laws may not contain provisions that result in the unfair, arbitrary, or unreasonable treatment of an individual.....

"You're the one who can't pinpoint what aspect of due process is being violated" Still not reading that list and noting that half the aspects of due process are missing? But thanks for that shifting burden, argument from ignorance while ignoring facts. But sure, i cannot do what I already did.

Call your Congressman. They're the person to talk to about whatever your complaint is.

My congressman isn't the one that is making the claim without offering proof and shifting the burden onto everyone else when he cannot back it up.

We've been over MANY times that the evidence that builds the case against Trump is there. Trump was supposed to provide accountability for his shady actions surrounding his handling of foreign policy with Ukraine and he failed to do so. That is impeachable.

If you consider that a lack of evidence, call your Congressman. Nobody else can nullify that case. Not on here, not on anywhere, just your Congressman.

Nice try shifting the topic. Try going back and reading the context of what I said and notice you changed it to cover your ass. Also bonus points that you just proved you do not understand the basics of due process to boot.

I don't think I did but I'll leave it to whoever's interested in reading this to judge for themselves. We're all seeing the evidence being presented now in full public view, so call your Congressman if you still think there's a Due Process violation.
