Trump held a fundraiser for charity. The fundraiser raised $2.8 million, which was all given to veterans charities. 100% of the money went to charity. Liberals decided that these funds counted as campaign contributions (zero percent of which went to the Trump campaign), and a judge agreed helped “further Mr. Trump’s political campaign.”

So, he didn't keep any of the money the charity event raised, AND he got to pay a $2 million fine.

This is all a matter of public record, but nobody will report on it the way it really happened - because if they lie about it, they can make Trump into a monster.

Excuses excuses. Regardless of who got the money, why would the “charitable foundation” and its funds be administered by the campaign staff? That action alone puts the entire transaction in a bad light rife for criticism. The trump campaign controlled the fundraiser and funds of the “charity” organization. Seems like a campaign action.

The Trumps don’t like to follow the laws or rules and complain about the process when they get caught. At least they have you brainless drones out there echoing their nonsense and justifying everything they do.

people will take away their own underlying meanings,based on their own predilections,but I think it safe to say that there is...shall we say....a certain pattern in regards to trumps financial activities.which,as you stated,are all public record.

now trump is not alone,but I find it refreshing that he is so bold and brash in his flaunting of rules,and laws.preferring to settle things in court in his numerous legal cases.

it is like a bloodsport for him,and he is quite good in this regard.having crushed many of his enemies in court.
