NOBODY with even half a brain is accusing President Trump of “freezing funds” because it never happened. Ukraine PAID FOR ARMS. Per the LAW President Trump stopped the delivery pending a security review. At no time were “funds” withheld because there were NO funds to withhold.

This review was triggered because of the corruption issues. The 'aid' being mentioned is the arms for which THE UKRAINE HAD ALREADY PAID. The Ukraine had paid the money for the military goods six months before the Trump phone call, and the US had already notified the Ukraine of the delay AND the pending security review.

NOTHING in Trump's actions were illegal, and the law demanded Trump act. Only someone who is a f**king moron that cannot read and cannot comprehend has trouble understanding these very simple concepts.
