it's a complex issue that i can't solve, but to get people not to shoot each other would help fight shootings

How many shootings in places with very strict gun control laws (carried out by persons who go through the strict process) have to happen before you realise that GUN CONTROL DOESN'T WORK, AND ONLY DISARMS LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS?

Man doesn't realise that the US has on internal borders...... thinks if one city has strict gun controls, people can't bring guns in from places with no gun regulation.... I guess it was that sort of thinking why America lost in Vietnam....

Dude. No. Stopping gun control would be like shutting down fire departments because there's too many forest fires. They need to make it so only sane, responsible people can own firearms.

Yes. But have we gone past those days? I would much rather have a potential shooter disarmed than have huge gunfights happen.

And personally, I just think making guns more accessible would just make problems worse. But don't get me wrong. I'm not entirely anti-gun.

Yeah. Unregulated gun purchase can be dangerous.

Stopping them halfway through is good... Preventing it from happening at all would be better.
