There are several videos on youtube of this guy laughing his ass off while telling a story in Spanish, and the meme is people often put hilarious subtitles that have nothing to do with what he's actually saying. Google "toothless guy laughing".
I know that guy, my dad was showed it to me, he edited it with english subtitles and it was a story of an old spanish navy ship. It was passing by another navy ship but it was more modern and apparently it took forever for the Old ship to pass by.
