A CIA op logically would use... a CIA agent. Or at least someone that knows a speck of that country's culture, or the opposition.

Hunter Biden was hired because his name is BIDEN and his influence with the Obama administration. He has no other discernable qualifications.

Hunter was on the board till April 2019. On the board with him was Joseph Cofer Black. Black was the ex-CIA director of counter-terrorism and national security advisor to Mitt Romney. Black is STILL on the board of Directors.
