It can, and has caused panic where people have died during evacuation...so yes - a fake fire alarm can kill someone.

i didnt say it 'wasn't that true' i said that guns are way more deadly than someone shouting fire, and thus should be regulated. just as there is a law preventing people from potentially getting someone trampled, there should be a law preventing a dozen people from potentially being shot to death

well in 1788, there werent any guns that you could mow down school kids, so when they wrote that, it wasnt a consideration. now that there is, we have to have a better way of approving gun ownership. you see videos and pictures of people being given assault rifles when the person doesnt even have a license. it isnt unfair to say 'there should be more in place to stop mass shootings'
