I'm saying both. Some are born sociopaths with no feelings about anyone, but themselves and then there are people that willing follow those sociopaths that otherwise would be considered nice people, but will (have) committed heinous acts against their fellow humans.

We're all born into sin, but some will also be born with mental issues already mentioned below or others that if exposed to the wrong parts of society could develop into evil people. Look at any serial killer that has ever been, many cases will say that as young children they were innocent enough but had personality disorders. During childhood either they were abused or neglected, they were allowed to foster their evil tendencies, the downward spiral gets kicked into high gear and it's all downhill from there. Had they had good families with good values and proper loving correction with those tendencies, who knows?

What specific things about them?

Other than individuals who are clinically socio/psychopathic, I would make the argument that a lot of 'evil' arises--one way or another--from a lack of self-reflection.

some people are born murders.Like well yeah, most kids do have a dark past, like they were beaten as children, their parents were never around and other issues like that, but for some people....if you look...nothing bad happened to them.Their parents loved them, they had a dog in the backyard, they were popular and had tons of friends...but they were just...born murders.And theres nothing you can do in that case.

If somebody does something like kills people it's because they were born with something wrong in the head or they had some kind of outside force making them want to do it (Like curiosity) Very rarely will they be prevented from doing this bad thing because they were well cared for because people who hurt others are either to stupid or crazy for the right nurture to help them not commit an act of evil. Nurture prevails over nature very rarely.

It's easy to get confused that we are some innocent little church mouse if you observe human behavior of those who are raised around other humans. Watch feral human behavior to see the id w/o facade. It is good, bad, and ugly.

There are some people with the worst past imaginable and don't choose to be bad, while some were born into paradise but become monsters. Nobody is born evil, I mean, would newborns have the intention to kill anybody? And as for society, it can make you suffer, it can hurt you, it might even end up killing you, but to become evil because of it is your choice.

Hm... In that case, the person is not at fault. But if the person is perfectly healthy, only then can my point apply. The world can destroy you, but it's your choice if you want to destroy it.

I think we’re all predestined by the way our environments affect us. But since psychopathy is not caused by exposure to such behavior, it must be toxins that make folks psychopathic.

Psychopathy is caused by a genetic malfunction not a toxin. that's why only one part of the brain is lacking it's use for people with it. A toxin couldn't do that.

It makes no sense for us to be that flawed. If anything, the number of psychopaths should decrease if there’s less inbreeding (as a result of increased worldwide unity), which is the only thing that (likely besides unhealthy pregnancies) can cause genes to be flawed.

Genetic codes are fragile things. As you might know, different people are born with greater attributes in certain areas; so this ,to a large extent, isn't all that uncommon. Psychopathy is a lack of empathy, yet can be connected with a higher iq and quicker decision making. Inbreeding couldn't do that.

I have a high IQ, and I’m quite the opposite of a psychopath. Saying that it’s natural for genes to be flawed is the logic that lead to the Nazis’ theories about eugenics, and the idea of a superior race.

I'm saying that the majority of psychopaths have higher IQ's compared to most people who aren't. And the second thing you said is just guilt by association.
