The DNI is bound by law to report it to the relevant house & senate committees. But he didn't do that.

Now AG Barr is saying that even investigating a sitting President can't be done.

That means a sitting President can do whatever they want. Commit ANY crime without fear. Ever. Nixon said it like this "If the President does it, it's not illegal."

A sitting President could shoot someone on 5th Avenue. There wouldn't be any investigation. No trial. Nothing.

He could then appoint a loyal thug to the FBI or the DOJ and then tell that thug to make sure any and all evidence was destroyed. Thus when he leaves office...nothing happens to him.

The IRS scandal is bullshit. 1) the Treasury Inspector General ( a GW Bush appointee) found no evidence of wrong doing. 2) the IRS did use keywords to identify target but not only did they use both liberal and conservative words they targeted liberal-keyword groups at a higher rate!
