Oh Nixie.......if you have never had a real Montreal poutine. I can assure you, it is life changing. They have special cheese refineries that make cheese engineered for and only for "The Poutine".

I can't say I wouldn't like to try . But it would need to be the good stuff as you mention, not some knock off I fail miserably at in my own kitchen. LOL
