"Your [Arab/Palestinian] land"? I think you need to brush up on your history. Most "Palestinians" don't have a connection to Israel beyond 3 or 4 generations, and many of their ancestors began emigrating to Palestine (in the late 1800s/early 1900s) as a direct response to the Jewish emigration to the land (which was previously very sparsely populated, with an unbroken - albeit small - Jewish population), as they couldn't stand the thought of a - *gasp!* - Jewish presence in the Middle East again. The Jews have always wanted to live peacefully, side-by-side with the Arabs - it was the Jews who embraced the British/UN partition plan - but the Arabs (newsflash: there are no "Palestinians"; there has never been such a people or nation or state) have always rejected it. There are have been a handful of very occasional incidents of Israeli violence against "Palestinians" - all of which were punished (and continue to be discouraged) by the Israeli government. The Arab "Palestinians", on the other hand, have long encouraged and carried out violence - against INNOCENT CIVILIANS, no less. The Hebron Massacre and literally every missile, for example. Israel defends itself (an inalienable right), but even then, tries as hard as possible to minimise death. Unfortunately for them, the Arabs constantly and deliberately hide behind civilians - in schools, hospitals, etc (or in some cases, getting people to pile onto the roof of the building the terrorists are in) - so that if Israel chooses to strike (and when they're constantly attacking and trying to kill your civilians, what friggin' choice do you have?), they point to the civilians that THEY put in the way, and claim proof that Israel is horrible. (Incidentally, under international law, when a civilian building is used as a terrorist base, it becomes a legitimate military target.)
Oh, and Arab citizens enjoy full and equal rights with Jewish citizens, as evidenced by the Arab members of the Knesset.
Conclusion: international law, and common sense, are on Israel's side.
