Why thank you SydneyB, and yes, it is ridiculous, artistic license of the sake of humor. I still expect to be raked over the coals for it by most of the folks here.
@Timber1972 - oh, I totally agree. He was also a populist authoritarian leader who found ways to get around the rules of the system and stay in power. Of course, Russia doesn't have the long history of democracy that the US does.
