There are, and must be, laws against things that are inherently evil (malum in se, as opposed to malum prohibitum, which makes things against the law only because the law says so).

"Sin" is a made-up concept invented to control certain segments of the population and enforced subjectively and haphazardly depending on who commits it, to whom they're related, and their ability to make strategic campaign contributions.
And that’s where the second amendment comes in handy. In an anarchist society, morals are enforced by the uncontrolled majority instead of by the government.
