No successful business has the kind of turnover that this administration has. In less than three years he's gone through 6 press secretaries, three chiefs of staff, two secretaries of state, 3 national security advisors, two secretaries of defense, 2 UN ambassadors, 2 Attorneys General, 2 white House Counsels, 2 Directors of National Intelligence, and that doesn't count those acting in the positions in between, and doesn't even begin to touch on the countless resignations of top officials and vacant positions within the various federal agencies, as well as White House advisors and staff. The list goes on and on and on.
While every administration sees a fair amount of turnover over time, this rate of turnover is completely unprecedented. The only two remaining original cabinet members other than the VP are Director of Housing and Urban Development and Secretary of Education. And ironically the two people holding those positions are the least qualified of any that were in the cabinet.
In a successful business a good leader will find good people and retain them, not create a revolving door
