If you take the Democratically run cities out of the equation in the USA, we have a very good rate..

Plano Texas is the Gun cap of the USA, everyone on avg has 27 guns, its one of the lowest crime rates in the world..
Chester pa is 7 miles from me, it is the small city cap of USA and 2nd overall. its tiny. its been 100% Democrat for about 60 years..I had 2 pals killed there..Both beat to death (7 vs 1) on separate occasions.

so why is the usa's murder rate higher? if it was guns, plano tx would be a slaughter house..
Its because in the uSA, we let serious criminals out of prison with a slap on the wrist..

Take the 6 cops shot in philly 2 days ago. The thug was a 17 time felon who should have never been let out of jail..He had major drug charges. gun charges, assault etc etc etc. why wa she let out of jail??

Here is another story that I actually knew the guy , Ricky Plotts.
Ricky did armed robbery of a bank and was supposed to get 80 yrs in prison, he did about 16
I knew him, he grew up in the same town I did. He had numerous other crimes and he was incorrigible. I know his in laws since kindergarten . Last time I saw him, we were at a BBQ at a mutual pals house, he went upstairs and stole all his moms jewelry . the next week he did the bank robbery. We were told he got 80 yrs. WHY the f**k was he let out????

If they kept him in jail where he belonged that poor girl would have never died. Thank god Dr Silverman had a gun if not there would have been 5 more dead.

Here's the kicker, Ricky told everyone he belonged in jail or an institution B4 he did the murder.
