Mexico has very strict gun laws. Population of Mexico is about 1/3 of USA, but had 33,341 murders in 2018.

I am not naïve about history of murders, but 12-year olds killing siblings? Group stompings are new. Flash mobbing convenience stores. Graham motivated by money and bad relationship w/ mother, extensive criminal history for age.

If you don’t count the murders by VIOLENT drug cartels, the number would be close to zero. Gang VIOLENCE is the driving factor of Chicago murder rate. Switzerland has third highest gun ownership rate (almost on par wit USA) in world and almost no murders.
