Only the Government can do that. Since the actual text is "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

See? The text says the government can't tell you to shut the f**k up.

Antifa, being a group of private citizens, have the right to tell facists to shut the f**k up.

Is violence the answer? Of course not.

Being tolerant of ideas doesn't mean you have to tolerate hatred and bigotry. Racism, hatred, and bigotry have no place in a reasoned society.

On a big picture, no they can not. Because they currently do not run the government. However when you ass is surrounded by them you probably won't say anything opposing to their views.
