I'd see it more as an excuse for lazy people avoiding jobs.

But in all fairness, it would be better than corruption and waste, but I doubt those will ever end.

it wont help people on the dole already. but I know a lot of people who are never eligible for jack shit, and who could use the peace of mind. it could open up a lot of possibilities for many. Trickle up economics. Let's give it a try?
