I don't have to read what you wrote, because you are too f**king stupid to see you are arguing for a third choice on a BINARY decision.
Just on the off chance you have two functioning brain cells to rub together, let's run the logic :
Choice 1 : Innocence
Choice 2 : Guilty.
There is no third choice.
You maintain the default choice is #1.
If the evidence sways a jury, the choice is #2.
Once again, there is *NO* third choice.
If the jury isn't swayed by the evidence, then what? Choice #1 *WHICH YOU MAINTAIN IS THE DEFAULT* just what? Vanishes into the ether? Is replaced by a vague, amorphous third choice?
A jury returning a verdict of not guilty is the literal definition of exonerate, i.e. to clear. One has been cleared of the charges. Anyone not f**king stupid can run the logic and see the truth of the matter.
