Mueller could not prove Trump was guilty of a crime. That's why Trump wasn't charged with a crime.

True, but one could say that because Trump couldn't be determined to have commited a crime because of his presidency

I disagree. They could have determined he committed a crime at the very least, which they did not; and you can bet they would have impeached him immediately if they had so they could change him with the crime.

Instead, Mueller said he could not determine if Trump had committed a crime (could not prove without a reasonable doubt he was guilty), and the democrats voted against impeachment.

Every single angle except the one the media views shows that there was No Collusion, and No Obstruction. Since the owners of the media lost the legal battle they are instead trying to win the optics battle. Sadly, it would appear you are one of their casualties. I suggest you look at this objectively and from a legal perspective.

But individual countries laws only affect the citizens of that country, The election process only affects the country where the election is held.
