Ah thanks for leading me towards that clear fragment, as I was in a hurry when I read that article.... Now that I read the stuff I quoted, I see that I just had to re-read that...
Now I hear a lot that the most important reason an impeachment procedure will not be starting now is because the Democrats fear this would turn Trump in the public opinion to a martyr, which they cannot risk so shortly before the presidential elections of 2020 (not to mention it would distract the people from their own campaign also), but then again, it's not only the Mueller report that plays a role, but also the accusation of racism due to his tweet about four women, well we all know that story... But still....
The news reaching my ears about the Mueller report gets confusing more and more. Of course Trump himself didn't help by stating the report completely vindicates him (which it doesn't), but that was easy to see through. But I hear different explanations about Mueller's reports and testimonies loads of time, so perhaps you can forgive me that I sometimes miss a few important words. :)
It's not that I like Trump (on the contrary), but I do wanna see things go as they should (even if I need to speak in Trump's favor as a result), so you understand that confusion is a bit like hell for me. ;)
