As you can see, Trump repeatedly makes references to there being more than one person he's talking about. So there are two possibilities: there's another foreign-born Progressive Democratic representative other than Omar he was referring to, or he was erroneously including representatives who were born here in his "go back to your country" rant.

What was not vague, was the energy spent by democrats to declare him a "racist", and yet, when Kamala Harris reacted shortly after, and spoke to CNN in an interview and said President Trump should go back to where he came from, not a single democrat called HER a racist, and neither did CNN.
