Around here the law is that if there is traffic they can't ride side-by-side, they must go single file. Yet, they insist on backing up traffic by riding side-by-side. And it's a two lane road, so if there is any oncoming traffic you can't pass. And seeings how you have to leave 3 feet between you and them you can be stuck behind them for quite a ways!
