If nothing else I guess this means they are bringing the Sith back. Another one of Disney's traits is inconsistency. First they are like we are moving away from the Jedi and the Sith and let the past die. Now they are supposedly bringing back Sheev Palpatine.

Even though I am a fan of the Sith, I am rather apprehensive about them bringing Palpatine and the Sith back. I mean look at what they did to Han, Luke, and Leia. Not to mention the new characters. All of the villains is a laughing stock. Everyone is losing their minds about Rey beating Kylo that no one realized that Finn, the non force sensitive janitor, nearly beat Kylo by himself. Hux is just a slapstick for lame comic relief and Snoke was killed by the weakling Kylo.
I really don't see them bringing in a super powerful dark side force user who will actually do anything significant. It's just another hype that will get roughly five minutes of screen time and does nothing.

I am not sure if it is the design or the name that I dislike the most. Now that you have pointed out the Mandalorian armor, I keep thinking why didn't they atleast give it a proper Mandalorian helmet. Instead of a first order trooper like helmet.

this is the first time ive seen this armour actually. i havent looked much into the new movie yet or seen trailers. i think it just looks too complex and too sharp in a way. i like the soft simple look of the white one

and that whole neck area of layers armor and top of the chest armor just looks like ironman armor haha

Starting with Finn.
I forget where I saw it but I read an article once talking about how dangerous lightsabers are and one pretty much has to be a force user to weild one.

And then we have Finn in episode 7 going toe to toe with Kylo, landing a hit, and making Kylo try hard to beat him. I have no idea how a non force sensitive, who worked in sanitation, could pull off such a feat.

I hope they don't pull a Luke Skywalker on Sheev.
They will probably have Finn go toe to toe with him as well...

Can we please talk about the fact that storm trooper armor protects you from Litraly nothing.

Storm trooper armor can't stop the sticks and stones of the Ewoks.
