"Your template has been used in a new meme!"

Do you mean toggles for different notifications than the ones you can already configure in your settings? If so, which notifications would you disable?

Well, whoops. That just goes to show how often I actually visit the settings page. My bad.

The thought is first on the meme, but it was really secondary to the other idea anyways. I was thinking if there was a notification when someone's template had been used, people might get annoyed if their template becomes popular and they get flooded with notifications.

I think it would be nice to get notified if our username gets used in a meme. I like to acknowledge by commenting and up voting when someone makes meme about me. I often don't see them. I searched my user name once and was surprised at how many I never even knew about. Some of them were really sweet, but I didn't even know about them until months later.

That's a good idea too. Let people @ us! Although that should also be a flipside of the ability to block, don't need harassers @ing us, lol

Yeah, but they can already meme about us if they want and we wouldn't even know. But being able to remove a tag if we didn't want it there would be a good idea.
