It's not about being on his side. It's about justice being equally applied. As a person I abhor the man. But my disdain for him has to be out aside in favor of the larger picture. People are making much of him saying outloud what everyone in the office knows is common practice. Even Pelosi admitted that his remarks weren't illegal, saying that this practice, though ethically wrong, wasn't codified. So why is he being castigated when Hillary payed foreign agents to obtain and publish selacious material in order to change the outcome of an election? Even Mueller said that after many attempts from Russia to infiltrate the campaign, that nothing happened, whether on purpose or accident that involved American citizens. So Trump is being accused while Hillary, who actually did something, is getting off. That's the point.
