Regardless to the definition, what do we have as humans that justifies needlessly killing any other sentient being for our pleasure when there are cheaper plant-based alternatives? Beneath many differences, there is sameness. Like us, these animals embody the mystery and wonder of consciousness. Like us, they are not only in the world; they are aware of it. All this stuff about abortion being "a woman's choice" is bullcrap. There are tons of women out there who recognize that abortion is murder. Not to mention that the abortion industry also takes advantage of poor women and women of color.
Also, don't act like I don't care about the woman getting the abortion, because I do. I recognize that if a woman is getting an abortion, she must be in a rough spot. And that's partially why I attend a church that gives money to crisis pregnancy centers.

Why go to church when you can spend that time as a Christian anti-abortion activist? Just go to a nearby college and set up debate tables on the campus.
