Work hasn't been too bad so far today (yet)

My car is in the shop so I have that cabin fever we talked about. Can't wait until they get around to fixing my brakes.

The pamphlet the surgeon gave me said I should get out and walk every day while I recover and the San Diego "River" is pretty close to my house....so maybe I'll wind up doing a lot of fishing

I think my knee stopped giving me fits, so I ought to be out walking too.

Did you have knee surgery recently?

No. I had a lot of pain and very limited mobility. I wore a brace for a while but one day I realized my knee pain returned while wearing the brace, turned out the brace had begun causing the pain for some reason. So I ditched it.

Joint pain is the worst...my wrists are totally screwed and I have knee and hip pain that comes and goes

I hate to say, I am certain mine was caused by pacing the floor. Slightly twisting it to turn and go the opposite way slowly goofed it up.

Had to get a total knee replacement
