That is a court, not an unruly mob. And you facts is really an opinion that you backup with an anonymous appeal to authority. I could just as easily state "most professional lawyers agree that were Trump not President he still wouldn't have been charged," but that would make it true. As far as I know, no real poll of professional lawyers exists on this topic, and I've seen opinions going both ways.

The unruly part is your opinion, but it is not backed up by the meme template. All that is seen is an audience, as pass out women (presumably a witness), spectators that are allowed in a court, and two people talking to the judge.

And as for the obstruction charge, that letter fails to show that any lawyer was sufficiently versed on this particular issue to actually give an objective professional opinion. As such it is not worth much.

I didn't say this link did, but included it for full info. If you read to the end you'll notice that weasel terms get inserted that basically ay that the opinion itself meaningless with this nugget, "But, to look at these facts and say that a prosecutor could not probably sustain a conviction for obstruction of justice — the standard set out in Principles of Federal Prosecution " That is not actually a proper standard as is quite possible to knowing seek and get a conviction of an innocent person, and I'm not speaking of Trump here. In the state that I live in many people on death row where later proved to be beyond a doubt innocent.
