Been busy, and honestly haven't had many ideas lately, probably because I've been focused on being an adult, lol! Work has been kicking my ass. Been checking in once in a while tho!

I had to tell them at work that I wouldn't be coming in on my days off for the rest of the summer the meeting have been getting that bad. The yard still needs my attention, but it keeps raining! and then my boat is almost ready and I will be too busy fishing to post, so i get it. :)

Wow that sucks, it should never come to that

I’m part of several teams that the rest of the members are Monday to Friday salary types. I work two on two off 12’s.

I kinda made my point recently though. I was complaining about having to come in on my days off and one of them to me basically to suck it up. I politely pointed out that I was working the weekend that week and we could meet then. That shut them up.

Well played sir. I shifted my hours in the week to work Friday afternoons when everybody else is off (we do half day fridays and four 9's), it's the only time I can get anything done, and i have pulled that card myself. Strangely no one wants to do that, lol
