LOL...so you haven't read which section of the law the Democrats were using in regards to obstruction. They were using a very vague subsection of the law, it basically can be interpreted to create obstruction in any instance.

Hmm? I have no idea what your talking about. My understanding of American Law is somewhere at the "Dont do basic stupid shit" level. But as I understand what you consider Obstruction is that you actively work to undermine an ongoing investigation against you or someone else. I got this right, right?

Usually you would be right, but under a certain subsection literally anything can be construed to mean "undermine an active investigation".

The same section of the law was used to indict and convict the accounting firm Arthur Anderson. Later, at SCOTUS, the ruling was overturned 9-0, but that was after the company had been run out of business and thousands of jobs were lost.
