The point clearly remains: it was made deliberately and NEEDLESSLY extremely way too long for the basic purpose of saying 'no collusion' and no recommendation.... It could have been done with a dozen pages -- AND, it could have been finished and over with, a year ago (nevertheless it probably WAS finished (at least the vast majority) many, many months ago)...

But it's not supposed to be a 'leave it up in the air' affair... A prosecutor either recommends charges or NOT... Prosecutors don't 'exonerate' either.... And, IF something supposedly is 'there', then WHY didn't Mueller recommend charges?.... The answer is clear: Mueller and his 'team' have an agenda to cause POLITICAL damage, to purposefully create and leave a 'cloud' -- it's the WHOLE reason they were put there.... There's far more power in doing that, because maligned persons don't get to confront charges.... It's not justice of any sort -- and you probably know that (or you should)...
