The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), a watchdog group, reported that The Muslim American Society Islamic Center in Philadelphia posted a video to their Facebook page celebrating 'Ummah Day'. Muslim children were recorded singing and reading poetry about killing.

I went to a handful of churches over time growing up. Not once did they teach or suggest to us that God may need us to kill anyone. I have never even heard of radicalization being taught to kids in Christian or Catholic churches.

Have a read through that thing. There's really quite a lot of brutality that God seemed to endorse back in the early days. I was pretty horrified when I actually sat down and decided to read it through.

The fact that there was such brutality back in that time is without question. But if kids are being taught in the here and now to do that sort of violence, that needs to be reported and dealt with. If it is not, that is of no issue.

I don't know what to tell you. It's certainly common to be taught songs in a very analogous vein and nobody thinks anything of it.

I don't think any of us actually felt like we were being groomed for killing later in life. We're kids, we're taught songs, we grow up, then someone says "it's time to kill the unbelievers!" and for most people, you just sort of stop and go "........what? No. Don't call this number again." And the songs we were taught as kids doesn't really factor into it.

It's likely that no one thought anything of it and as such no Christians or Catholics were running around blowing up people can cutting off heads because that just not something you do anymore. Well at least THEY don't.

I remember that hymm as well and can tell you that not once did I think of going out and harming anyone because of it. Because those same churches, why teaching the history of that time, also taught us that murder was wrong no matter who it was against.
