Thanks. I'm not sure if your comment is serious or not, but if it's serious, I'm glad to hear someone likes it. I assumed most people would be bored with it - and I don't blame them, because sometimes I get bored with it too.

Less telling people how to behave, more enlightening the masses bluntly? 🤔

I don't think I'm the right person to do it (because I get really angry about the issue). It would be good to have someone who can explain it to them calmly, why it's wrong to complain about other people's memes on a meme site, but without getting too worked up about it.

But even if I were the right person to do it, it may not be an achievable goal anyway, to stop people whining about reports. It may be more sensible for us to just resign ourselves to the fact that as long as there are meme sites, there are always going to be repost whiners there.

Just like I guess they have to get used to the fact, that as long as there are meme sites, there are always going to be reports there (no matter how much they complain about it). 😉

I can see more and more, why it infuriates you.
I’m good at calmly explaining things and I’m a very diplomatic person, so I’ve been doing just that, this last week, with some success but mainly to no avail and I’ve been trying to come up with some sort of meme the last few nights, trying to shine a light on the stupidity of calling out reposts.

Like you say, the number of whiners may be so great that any effort is futile, but I will persist with this and hope that my growing sphere of influence around here may make at least a little difference in the long run.
