TBH, both sides are guilty of suppressing scientific studies that don't fit the agenda, but when it comes to climate change, yeah, it's mostly the right. The country seems to be doing a pretty good job of emissions reduction despite that, though. It's a good thing the private sector can operate independently of the public sector, both in research and applying the results of said research.
Curious though, for all I've heard the left talk about how we need to slow down climate change, everything points to this warming period being virtually irreversible at this point. Why aren't they talking about what we need to do to survive it once the change is fully matured, rather than just slow down something that's unstoppable? And why are they still totally opposed to nuclear power, when it's the cleanest and most efficient form of energy we currently have?
