** IMAGINE this: If, in 2008 or 2012, John McCain clandestinely obtained a phony 'dossier' (that falsely stated Obama urinated on a Bed that Bush slept in, and that Obama was in collusion with Putin, etc.), and then he leaks it to online gossip media, and pushes it onto the FBI, giving it false credence -- all clearly, with the intent of getting revenge and taking-down Obama... THEN, that phony 'dossier' triggered a 2-year long series of 'investigations' and an unconfirmed 'Special Counsel' looking into Obama (with maybe David Axelrod being bagged for some unrelated finance or tax law infraction, and Eric Holder forced to recuse himself), and thus Obama's Administration was then (purposely) hobbled and blocked.... Finally, to top it all off, McCain promised to vote in Obama's favor for a big bill, but then at the last minute, he gives the vote to kill it... How much would Obama love McCain?

That's only possible when you leave out all that you have left out. 1. The dossier was begun by a right wing PAC and ran 6 mo before the DNC took it over. 2. The man who created the dossier felt the information so credible, it forced him to divulge it to American officials. 3. The only thing proven, "phony" as you term it, so far is that Cohen did not go to Prague. That was in Cohen's own words. Trump says he lied about everything when testifying so you can take that, "phony" only so far. 4. Undoubtedly, the Russians worked tirelessly to help Trump. There is no question about this. 5. THE INVESTIGATION WAS TO FIND THE EXTENT OF RUSSIAN INVOLVEMENT IN OUR ELECTION. 6. The special council was only called when Trump fired Comey and stated on TV that he did so because of the Russian investigation. 7. The dossier was only a small portion of the overall investigation that triggered more investigation, it was not the sole information. 8. 37 have been indicted due to the investigation. It was obviously fruitful and worthwhile. How many people were indicted in the 8 Benghazi hearings that lasted longer? 9. It is easier to ask, "who was indicted for crimes NOT related to Russia", than to ask, "who was indicted for crimes related to Russia". Nearly every single indictment IS Russia related and your statement is simply a lie.

Ha! If Obama had "took McCain down" (like Trump did in the first place), we'd be wondering why two sides of the same coin were in-fighting.

I disagree with Trump continuing on bashing McCain, but McCain was a complete and utter dick. He was a pussy of a man who did a lot of pussy things in life and no one on the left liked him until he died and Trump hated him.

I agree but can you imagine any other politician ragging on a dead American hero and being such a little bitch as Trump and getting away with it? What he's doing is wrong, little, crude, small minded and should make all of us wonder just what exactly is wrong with this man. Your opinions on a dead man really don't matter because what Trump has to say about him tells us nothing about McCain and a boatload about Trump himself.

Other than being a bit crude and crass, I don't see anything wrong with him as a man. No different than our last president who was just as narcissistic and crude as Trump and yet the left adored him. I don't like what Trump is doing with the continuous bashing, but only because it's pointless and doesn't serve any real purpose.

And Trump can say what he wants. It isn't illegal for someone to speak their mind about someone else, dead or alive. So not sure what you think he's "getting away with."
