No. None of them changed genders. You're thinking of cross dressing.

Nope... but facts are facts. DNA determines gender and so-called transgender is just elaborte drag.

Yeah no not at all. Science has been looking into exactly that for over 200 years but you won't listen.
I get that you won't change your mind about this, but then don't quote genetics at me like you've looked into the science of transgenderism at all.

Do the chromosomes change during surgery? Simple yes/no question. (Hint: the answer is no, thus no actual "change" in reality, just in appearance).
Checkmate. (Better check your mate too since you're very confused)

Are genes always expressed successfully? Ie just because you have carry a gene, does it guarantee that you will be born with the blueprint described by the gene? Are sex chromosomes always XX and XY or are there uncommon variations? Do mutations occur? Can gene expression be disrupted midway through life long after birth? Can the structure of your brain where a great deal of gender expression occurs be altered through experiences? Can dormant parts of the brain activate later in life? Can hormones control this?
And that's just off the top of my head. It gets much more complicated than that and there's volumes of research behind each question that you clearly haven't read.

So, a big fat "NO" filtered through a bunch of blah blah blah. As expected.
