Let's still take a step back. Even if her car had been vandalized with a yellow, sticky substance, why would anyone jump to the conclusion it was a hate crime?
This BS is why claims that there has been a rise in hate crimes can not be taken seriously.

Remember the 8 yo that was shot a few months ago? Where the mother said the shooter was masked but had blue eyes and was white but turned out to be black? That was quickly memoryholed.

In not much time at all, we’ve seen the scales tip from not enough being done to combat hate crimes etc to now having them be conjured from nothing. We have no hope.
