Thx, I don't think a wall will be 100% effective, especially over such a great distance but why at least can't the border be controlled by the military in conjunction with the border patrol? With drones and cameras, can't you at least staunch the flow and discourage smugglers and the migrants that will risk death and rape?

Although I've said it a few times, my whole point to begin with is that the meme doesn't say this is why the border wall won't happen but why the BORDER won't happen.

It just makes me laugh seeing the left not want a wall but say yes yes we want a secure border, more drones more this, more that and everything else that is a hell of lot easier to scale back when they get power back than getting rid of a border wall.

People on the left may have humanitarian interests concerning migrants but the DNC know, as leaked memos prove, that if they can turn Texas blue, along with a couple swing states, there won't be a republican president for a long time, which would be a disaster. The same way it would be if it were only a republican president for a couple decades as massive corruption would certainly occur.

i am also not all gung ho either.
protecting our borders is what we should be doing,and have sensible immigration reform to compliment that wall.

the arguments on the efficacy of a wall are valid,but so isn't actually having a wall.this is not a 2 dimensional discussion,many factors come in to play.
