And you just proved me right. If the mother told you that she was willing to have the child but wanted to remove its legs so she wouldn't have to chase it around would you still see it as her choice?

HER body! as soon as the child is no longer part of its mother, she loses this right. unless you mean gene-therapy, in which case you might be able to do that during pregnancy, to an extent, but there no-one has sorted out all the ethics yet, so no idea (doubt it though)

Alright then, i'll just go around killing peoples' dogs, my body my choice and you can't criticize me.
