Yep, freedom only works if people also adopt responsibility. These two things go hand in hand. People with morality, ethics, values and principles would never use their arms in irresponsible ways. And, responsible people don't need a big government with an infinite number of laws acting as their mommy telling them what is and is not appropriate behavior.
