I think I saw something about that in either the NYT or WAPO,and it was utter shit.

Note of the three you mentioned only one of them is eyeballing or threatening and not actually intervening. An improvement, no? Especially when you consider major drawdown in syria, peace talks with the taliban, and attempted peace accords with the north koreans(even if they don't go anywhere in the long term, it's an attempt at peace)
Also Bush and Obama are no longer in our government, so those hawks aren't our concern.

Trump has proven more than willing to sack those in his administration who don't agree with his agenda. We'll see whether these three will have as much influence as you think they might. I don't think so, but time will tell.
