You might be interested to learn that researchers were observing the fertilization of eggs and have seen a distinct flash of light at the moment of conception. In the Bible God is called "light." Dismiss this at your peril I guess, the precious gift of life is from God Himself.

I did see that ! It's pretty awesome. That's why it's called procreation. God let's us create life with Him. Pretty huge responsibility and why sex shouldn't be taken as lightly as it is today.

Because sperm is just as much alive as a zygote. Conception is not a stage of life but a continuous process that takes weeks.

But a sperm is a single cell that doesn't form into anything (as is an egg) a zygote is multiple cells growing and dividing. Conception is just the moment egg and sperm meet. You're talking about gestation which is a process that takes weeks and months.

And a zygote still only has a 50% chance of growing into a fetus. Conception is not definitive even in its natural process.

The whole point of this is to take away human rights and give it to a cluster of cells that have no consciousness, no heartbeat, and no guarantee it’ll become a fetus.

"Conception is not definitive".. yet if a cluster of cells that have no consciousness, no heartbeat etc was ever found in space (which it never will), scientists would scream "we have found life in space".. Oh the irony...
