Feminist ideology is based on nothing more than victimhood mentality and a poorly constructed boogeyman they built out of their own drain hair clogs as an excuse to justify it

Before we begin: I am not a feminist in the way that you'll probably think that term means. BUT:

1. Women are not treated equally to men in all countries by law.
2. In the United States, it is possible that women are not equal in treatment in the USA, even if the letter of the law does say so.

Not sure if any feminists are actually talking about the first, but it'd be a good first step!

There aren't any inequalities coded by law and if there is any discrimination then that is illegal. And since those laws exist then WHY ARE THEY PROTESTING HERE?

And 3. In the United States, there ARE still several inequalities codified by law. Examples are easy to find once we start, like, listening to the protestors.

Telling him to do his own homework is basically just saying you don't have the slightest clue what you're talking about and you want him to tell you.

Exactly. I was giving him a chance to correct his statement or try and back it up.
I was also considering that he was referring to some of the preferential treatment females get in custody and divorce cases. (That's not exactly codified by law, though it is backed by the legal system).

I was just giving you a chance to prove you weren't lying, in case I was wrong. But unless you live outside the U.S., you are lying. Even the few "inequalities" that exist (such as the "wage gap") are not

Even the few "inequalities" are not due to discriminatory behavior, buy because men and women statistically make different choices.

The wage gap has been studied multiple times. Nothing about it is done by the corporations, it's done by the women.

The closest thing there is to an inequality codified by law is the topless law, but as you can see, it is only directly illegal in THREE states (in red) for women to go topless, while 14 states (in orange) have ambiguous laws on the matter. In the rest of the states (in green) it's fully legal. (Although some cities in those states have passed unconstitutional ordinances against it.)

But that's IT, that's the only /negative/ inequality women have in the US. Mind you, they have plenty of /positive/ inequality, aka legal superiority over men.
