Okay, but what relevance does that have here? I don't see how that necessarily means anything against either Obama or Trump, simply as their is a clear difference between what government agencies in the executive do and what Trump wants, with clear evidence of people who rabidly hate Trump. TLDR; okay, but what's the point?
