China estimates that combined births without abortion and without the one child only policy they instituted in the late 60's, their population would be about 400,000,000 greater than it is today.

So, you are comparing a country with state mandated population control as the benchmark for how much lower the abortion rate for the US is?
If you don't see how that argument is flawed, there isn't much help for you.

I'm simply pointing out the fact this is a much bigger issue than just being one of "7" countries.

It is, but we can only tend to what is within our span of control. Other countries are outside of that span.
