I'm pretty sure you're just making a joke, but I'm going to take it at face value for my interpretation.
In pregnancy, the "purchase" is made when the child is concieved. A 30 day "return policy" would mean that an abortion would need to be performed within 30 days of conception. That is much stricter than any of the laws currently on the books.

Despite what rabbid feminists say, that doesn't mean you aren't allowed to have an oppinion on the issue like.
