LOL!! I don't kno pickens, except from his stalking. I don't visit his memes unless he stalks me or some anonymous meme. I don't have a problem with the guy, why do I need to get bullied by some memer? I don't.

Slim is just calling out anonymous meme makers when he finds them by chance, so he's not going around with the intention of doing it and that's why it doesn't count as stalking because stalking is doing it with intent. You comment on all of his memes with the intent of doing it, so you're the only one stalking in this case.
