Isn't that more about his reputation, than actual reality? I'm not sure, because I haven't counted how many aliens he actually slept with.
But I don't think he was shown as sleeping with someone in every episode. James Bond was depicted as sleeping with at least 1 or 2 women in every movie.
But I do like how you've put Spock behind the table. :-)
